Your Mission
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Content Creators and Business Unit in the conception and development of high production communications
Lead the ideation, concepting, design, visualization of creative marketing concepts
Work across all marketing channels to execute ideas that deliver on creative directions developed by the Creative Services Team – PR, Social, Paid Media, Ecommerce
Be a leading voice in both Creative Services Team and cross-channel brainstorming sessions
Work with the Creative Director and senior management in the business unit to develop briefs for campaigns and other communications initiatives
Lead creative productions by identifying, hiring and briefing external partners – photographers, illustrators, animators, producers, content creators
Work with internal producers to plan and execute photoshoots and other types of productions
Oversee the development of creative guidelines to aid in regional execution of global concepts, as well as the post-production asset selection and retouching process
Act as a senior leader within the Creative Services Team, while supporting and developing junior members of the Creative Services Team
