Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and/or relevant field of study 

  • 5+ years experience working for a fashion or youth culture brand with background in art direction/ design for 2D photography, motion and studio creative direction as well as marketing assets including but not limited to e-comm, social media, seeding etc.

  • Leadership skills are key to this role. Experience leading creative projects and managing key relationships with cross functional peers, agencies and external creatives.

  • Deep understanding of sneaker/ fashion history / trends +  deep love and knowledge of art, music, fashion and street culture is crucial.

  • Deep understanding of branding, channels, consumer behavior marketing principles and priorities.

  • Self-managed, can lead complex workstreams and is comfortable working in a matrix and cross-functional organization.

  • Experience at working multiple end-to-end projects [Brief to delivery] within timing and resources.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to express his/hers/their strategic recommendations to internal teams, be open to dialogue and feedback from different stakeholders while ensuring efficiencies for the Creative Services team [ Fewer, Bigger, better mindset].

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Bridge. Experience with making basic GIFs and video graphics. Familiarity with video editing is a plus.

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $82,000 - $116,645 + Bonus + Benefits

Your Mission

  • Developing comprehensive creative strategies / art direction that align with the BU’s goal, keeping brand identity, and engaging target audience. The art director is the visual voice of the brand and translates it into concepting across a multitude of tactics that will be both relevant culturally and business wise throughout the full marketing campaign development to launch.

  • Execution: The art director will have a hands on role in executing the visual output of the campaigns alongside our ambassadors, their teams and external creatives across our tactics and will require design capabilities (2D, Video) and support ambassador reviews and creative iterations to develop comprehensive marketing creative toolkits for our 60+ global teams.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with the BU and channels understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the creative solutions / execution meet their expectations. Maintaining strong relationships and effective communication with all stakeholders is crucial in this role.

  • Market Analysis + Cultural POV: Uses research and market trends analysis, benchmark, feedback, and consumer insights married to highly culturally attuned and innovative ideas to identify opportunities and inform strategic creative decision-making.
