Your Mission

The Analyst, People Technology & Operations will support and manage tasks and reporting in all areas of the Workday system which houses 2,500 employees in the US and Canada.  The Analyst, People Technology & Operations will report to the Senior Manager, People Technology & Operations, and is an essential role and foundation of this Team.

  • Ongoing Support of Workday System, working with Global Team in Germany on any enhancements, regression, and functional testing for updates, and develop Regional Strategy into actionable changes

  • Assist with gathering and outlining business requirements, including but not limited to rollout of new functionality for HCM, Absence, Talent Management, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, etc.

  • Manage Workday I-9 Process, providing ongoing support to end users, resolving case issues, upholding compliance

  • Manage Regional Workday Support email inbox and respond to all questions timely

  • Design, document, implement, and monitor ADHOC and ongoing reports and Power BI Dashboards

  • Manage monthly data integrity of Workday by analyzing and auditing data

  • Generate and complete action items daily from Microsoft Team Site for Centralized Workday needs

  • Manage annual AAP and EEO-1 reporting and filing as required

  • Maintain internal HR digital intranet page and provide system support and guidance to Regional P&O Team members (Retail & Corporate focused)

  • Make recommendations for system enhancements and new technology

  • Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA Brand Values in all decisions, actions, processes, and practices.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years’ experience in HRIS or HR Operations

  • Workday experience is required

  • Must have proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication, written and verbal

  • Discipline to work with highly confidential information and ability to critically analyze data input/output for accuracy and effectiveness

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
