Your Mission

  • Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position; prepares and presents recommendations to end users
  • Evaluates jobs using internal tool, hkp/// and maintains job classifications and salary structure
  • Conducts analyses of jobs, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance
  • Maintains and manages pay program documentation, tools, and maximizes HR system
  • Leads pay equity audits, monitors, and implements processes for new and changing State/Provincial and Federal regulations
  • Compile’s data and participates in annual and ad-hoc surveys; evaluates data integrity, summarizes results, produces reports, and presents findings to internal stakeholders
  • Prepares analysis for Salary Planning
  • Partner and consult with HR Business Partners, Talent Team and Management to understand business and compensation needs
  • Trains managers on compensation programs, tools, and structure
  • Collaborates in the development of rewards strategies and programs including the annual merit process, bonus plans and short- & long-term incentives
  • Research latest trends and industry changes; based on findings, recommend changes or updates to existing programs or policies
  • Advises management on applicable State/Provincial and Federal employment regulations as it relates to compensation policies and human resource proceduresParticipate in People Rewards team projects and initiatives

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 2-4 years of experience as a compensation analyst required
  • Solid understanding of compensation and benefit programs
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data integrity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables and formulas)
  • Proficient with HRIS, Workday preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
