Your Mission

  • Work closely with all business units, stakeholders, business champions, IT personnel and systems across Wholesale, Ecom and Retail channels 

  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate/execute quality testing activities for all test cycles including SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression etc. 

  • Collaborate with business champions and stakeholders to develop test cases and identify priorities to insure best outcomes 

  • Identify and document risks, defects, bugs and enhancement needs from test case conclusions 

  • Ability to facilitate testing cycles across multiple projects and enhancements in parallel 

  • Provide testing summaries to project and enhancement teams 

  • Work with outside vendors to assign roles and responsibilities during test cycles 

  • Continuously update test plans based on business process changes or project/enhancement implementations Collaborate and engage in actively improving Quality Analyst processes and procedures 

Your Talent

  • 1-3 years’ job-related experience  

  • Effective communication to both technical and non-technical personnel in a timely manner 

  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases 

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment and priority shifts 

  • Self-organized and able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail 

  • SQL experience a plus 

  • Travel will be required based on project needs 

  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio and Project 

  • Experience in testing software is preferred
