Your Mission
- Independently analyze all inventory discrepancies and report outcomes to appropriate Management. Monitor flow of merchandise from warehouses, vendors, and inter-store transfers and make claims or adjustments where necessary
- Evaluate compliance as it relates to Inventory Controlling and store performance through monthly reporting. Address compliance issues directly with stores/field managers to improve performance. Such compliance would include ASN receiving and reconciliation, Target Store cycle counting and mismate & damage processing
- Support training and development of PUMA stores through conference calls, scheduled touch bases, effective written communications, presentations, etc. As required, participate in store openings/closings and other projects requiring corporate assistance
- On-site leadership support and training for store teams including report analysis and real time guidance during Physical Inventories as needed. Compile and analyze physical inventory results, prepare regular shrink analysis to identify trends and facilitate awareness
- Verify vendor invoices for payment through analyzing receiving vs. shipped quantities; report discrepancies accordingly to obtain credits
- Compile reporting, prepare analysis and make business decisions in support of Operational Controlling Manager. Manage the Inventory Control team email account for designated Region, ensuring timely responses to stores requests
