Your Mission

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. This includes collection calls, account adjustments, customer deductions, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations and processing customer refunds
  • Run and analyze weekly aging, deduction and top account past due reports
  • Review deduction claims to ensure rebates/allowances are in compliance with agreements
  • Manage collection process of non-valid deductions thru the proper channels and within in the agreed contractual time period
  • Reconciliation of all trade deductions, checks, credit and debit payments
  • Contacting customers with delinquent invoices
  • Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with other collectors, sales and customer service

Your Talent

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with SAP, High Radius and other web-based applications
  • Deduction analysis and resolution with retail Big Box accounts
  • Understanding of Billing, AR, and Credit and Collections procedures
  • Self-motivated and positive team player with ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • This role is currently based in the Westford, MA office. In mid-2021, this role will transition to the new office in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA
