Your Mission

  • Analyze daily allocation runs and make changes to the allocation model as needed to maximize shipping complete orders
  • Review ‘on hand’ and incoming stock versus open order detail to identify major inventory variances and make decisions to move or change allocation to maximize shipments
  • Work with Customer Service on a daily basis on order management to allow for smooth transition from order entry to allocation to picked and shipped at the warehouse
  • Work with the Procurement department on late shipments to help analyze and resolve delays to current open customer orders
  • Understand and provide ongoing fill-rate analysis of current and future orders
  • Assist other business units as needed to manager order flow

Your Talent

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organized with strong computer skills, including Excel
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • This role is based in the Westford, MA office. In mid-2021, this role will transition to the new office in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA
