Your Mission
- Support supply chain team to collect and analyze environmental performance data & KPIs, Keep timely communication with supplier factories for smooth data submission and validation
- Track progress and follow up Higg FEM 3.0 implementation in Vietnam and Camodia supply chain, , with both self-assessment and verification to meet PUMA requirement on certain deadline and target level. Monthly analysis on Higg FEM data, coordinate with relevant team members to prepare the monthly functional reports
- Support Regional managers to roll out and track environmental projects, including, resources efficiency, renewable energy Coal phase out, waste reduction etc. Prepare various documentation and analytical tools to monitor the performance metrics. Prepare reports by analyzing environmental projects data as maybe assigned, either individually or in collaboration with the Sustainability team or other parties. Analyze progress towards our annual goals, 2025 goals, etc., support the team to visualize the impact to drive the targets moving
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to track RCS/GRS/RDS/CCS/Vegan certification of suppliers and support teambers in maintaining centralized trackers
- Provide events management support for various Team activities and events including planning, scheduling and other logistics such as recording meeting minutes, Round Table Meeting registrations, etc.
