- You will be member of a small team with varied tasks in the field of Workspace (Client Lifecycle) and IT Service Management
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, operation and documentation of our integrated Client Lifecycle and ITSM tools
- Creation and deployment of Software packages
- Maintenance and updating of Global Service Catalogue by planning and implementing new services as well as creating technical processes which will cover IT and Business needs
- 2nd/3rd level contact for our IT colleagues globally and partner with them for all projects related to your scope of work.
