ADMINISTRATOR, IT INFRASTRUCTURE

Responsible to administer infrastructure systems, managing IT system facility such as Windows enterprise servers, Server virtualization, switch, Wi-Fi and other in-house systems

Involvement in IT projects, such as Microsoft Cloud platform, Office 365, Azure, Switch and others

Responsible for daily system administration, user account management, local server switch, troubleshooting & technical support, etc

Define the infrastructure requirements for APAC new office / relocation / renovation project and work closely with Global Infrastructure / NOC teams for implementation

Manage the Switch, Server hardware, SAN Storage and the Backup server as well as Tape rotation

Preparation of system documentation & procedure manuals to IT Service Delivery team and documentations for IT audits

Degree holder, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines

Strong IT Infrastructure knowledge on Microsoft Enterprise Server OS, Virtualization, Network foundation knowledge

Minimum 2 years experience in IT Infrastructure Support

Strong experience in the administration and configuration of Microsoft Enterprise Platform, Azure, Server virtualization, and Veeam Backup

Experience in System migration and Implementation experience of IT Infrastructure Project

Familiar with business process in wholesales and retail industries

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and strong problem solving skill

Team working with excellent Interpersonal and communication skill
