Your Mission
Provide financial information through SAP Hana and Linx, complying with the regulations of a public company under IFRS, always seeking automation, simplification, and improvement in the company's processes.
- Responsible of Financial Statements issuance under IFRS, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and payroll)
- Coordinate a good execution of Internal audit as well as implemented and keep an excellent performance in their recommendations.
- Keep an adequate control environment in accordance with HQ policies.
- Delivery on time and without qualification of external audits, financial, IMSS, Infonavit, among others.
- Review payroll taxes and ensure timely payment of payroll and corporate taxes.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the cost and the inventories valuation, monitoring the periodic devaluation.
- Responsible for the coordination of cyclical inventories
- Coordinate all payments with the treasury.
- To Satisfy information needs and troubleshooting of its users
