Get an insight into all of PUMA’s economic aspects as well as internal processes as an Industrial Clerk. From Sales and Product Management, to Marketing and Finance to Logistics, you’re behind the scenes of PUMA in a variety of departments. How does the application process run?

1. Apply directly on our career homepage

2. Leave an impression on us in the pre-interview

3. Come to the one-day Assessment Center in Herzogenaurach, usually held in September to November and convince us you’ve got our Speed and Spirit

4. Accept our offer!

What are the application deadlines?

Usually, we start the selection procedure in June to get you onboard in the following year. But if you check in on our regular job postings, you might find a position become vacant again.

What documents do you need?

To get a picture of your hard facts, we’ll need your CV, a cover letter and your latest school certificate. If you have any other documents like reference letters or similar, send them right along!

How many open positions do you have?

It depends on what our departments need, but for example, in 2020 we filled 7 apprentice positions.

How important is a grade average?

We always want to get a feeling for anyone applying to PUMA. That’s why we consider grades as an important indicator for your school performance. They also give a tendency on your strengths and fields of interest. However, if you convince us of your drive in your application and follow up with an impressive performance at your job interview, then you’re on the best track. Above all, your personality is what counts!

Is doing sports a requirement?

While many of us combine our passion for sports with our jobs, we don’t make it a rule for anyone applying to PUMA.

Do I need good English skills?

Since PUMA plays on a global scale, we have made English our company language. To give yourself an easier time hanging out and working with our international colleagues good English skills are a requirement.

What does PUMA pay attention to?

Let us know what about this apprenticeship motivates you! And, while you’re at it, convince us of your Speed and Spirit. What makes you Forever Faster? Take the stage in your application, but most of all, just be true to yourself. Because that is who we want to see.

What are my chances of staying on after?

Be driven! Your performance in these three years are defining for when we decide that you well and truly belong to PUMA.

What's the PUMA dress code?

Here’s a question for you: What’s your style? If you don’t feel like a suit and tie person, then leave them at home (if you even have them). Our favorite style is the PUMA style.

How do I get to Herzogenaurach?

Without a car, the best way to PUMA is with one of the two bus lines from Erlangen.
