Your Mission

  • Work closely with all regional E-Commerce teams to create a consistent, consumer centric and premium experience across all PUMA websites
  • Document processes to keep the global and regional teams informed with how things work on our websites
  • Conduct user acceptance testing in support of the introduction of new website content, features and functionality
  • Understand and communicate requirements for troubleshooting technical solutions from external vendors
  • Train E-Commerce colleagues in new technical process and applications
  • Look out for trends to optimize UX continuously

Your Talent

  • 2-3 years of working in a Salesforce Commerce Cloud environment
  • Proficiency with a content management system
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence or similar ticketing and documentation software
  • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical teams
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Robust interpersonal and collaborative skills
