Your Mission
- Develops concepts for paid social media campaigns and deliverables
- Stay up to date on new platform features and ad units to ensure PUMA is an innovator in creating new ad experiences
- Develop and run paid tests to foster new learnings and then ensure those learnings are being implemented into creative
- Keep track of best practices and creative examples from other brands
- Provide analytical and qualitative feedback to creative teams
- Work closely with the different PUMA regions to provide and receive feedback on paid media
- Liaison between relevant teams (social media, creative services, ecom, regions, external content partners, etc.) to make sure paid needs are being met
- Identify opportunities to generate excitement around the PUMA brand through creative
- Write creative briefs for internal and external creatives to execute
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects within quick timelines
- Track budgets
- Ensure concepts meets expectations, guidelines, and strategy
- Project manage projects from the brainstorming stage to delivery of assets
