Your Mission
- Manage and lead the Boston based Apparel product management team to deliver a product strategy that supports the Brand’s global strategic direction and answers the specific local market needs in North America and LATAM
- Develop and deliver the strategic direction for the Regional Creation Center (RCC) PUMA North America/Sportstyle Apparel- including executional guidelines for achieving commercial success
- In collaboration with the Regional Merchandising team and key functional relationships including Footwear Teams, Sales, and key accounts, create the total line architecture delivering the Brand Plan through effective retail, consumer, price, and product segmentation.
- Lead the PLM Teams with clearly communicated category plans to deliver the business requirements in volume, revenue and margin
- Navigate local Product Creation Calendars and support the Go-to-Market Process across all the product creation teams, collaborating specifically with key internal partners such as Supply Chain, Design Teams, Development, Retail, IPM/BU’s, Sales, Operations, and Brand Marketing
- Ensure rigorous analysis of seasonal forecast and sell through data is used to drive efficient product planning
- Partner through key business relationships to ensure a consistent and seamless communication of product programs from concept to retail and consumer
- Manage the complete PLM team ensuring delivery of high levels of performance while overseeing opex and departmental budget for team
- Build cross function and Regional key contacts leveraging expertise, process and business initiatives
