Your Mission
- Maximize store performance through trend analytics and analyzing historical data, identifying opportunities, risks and provide recommended actions
- Develop store sales, inventory plans, and both regional & store specific merchandise flow strategies
- Create and manage Open-to-Buy for NYC Flagship store
- Maintain and report on size integrity analysis and adjust size curves by region and store groups
- Manage reports of store counts, assortment levels and performance, proposing adjustments for lifecycle effectiveness
- Provide investment guidance based on company productivity and sales
- Create and adjust sku selling recommendation rubric for merchandising
- Manage and optimize product transfers between channels
- Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices, and develop systems knowledge
