- Provide leadership to your retail team, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and KPI's
- Develop team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with the company's cornerstones and service standards
- Achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts
- Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company's standards
- Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance requirements in a timely manner
- Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
