Contribute to the formulation of the annual product design plan for the product category and introduce and execute innovative design ideas, in order to achieve Business targets and product category objectives.
Launch innovative product design ideas in line with specific product strategies.
Produce accurate and detailed color and material specs to factory standards.
Create tech packs and tooling drawings
Delivery of projects in line with Puma development calendar
Research markets, trade shows and competition for trends and inspiration and provide trip reports.
Develop seasonal marketing stories in coordination with the overall business unit strategic direction, as well as the Global Brand Management and Global Marketing functions.
Support Design Teamhead/Head of Design with regard to design initiatives and priorities.
Work closely with suppliers in Asia and elsewhere to both source, brief in and develop new materials in line with the creative direction and commercial needs.
Work closely with commercial teams (PLM) to ensure that products are commercial, within price targets and meet the brands business needs on a seasonal basis, as well as the development teams to ensure products meet the testing and usage standards for PUMA Sportstyle products.
