Your Mission

  • 1st and 2nd level support of the IT for PUMA SE and all attached locations
  • Local Service Desk and IT Hotline / User Helpdesk
  • Client Lifecycle and Asset Management
  • Support of standard software and company-specific software
  • IT Service Fulfillment and Service Request Fulfillment
  • Implementataion of user trainings at user level
  • Paper Output Management
  • Planning and implementation of version changes
  • Technical meeting management and support.

Your Talent

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of IT or comparable field
  • Deep understanding of Hardware: MacBook, iMac, iPhone, Notebook, Desktop, Copy Station, wireless, peripherals
  • Good knowledge about Windows10, macOS, O365, Software Deployment, Video Conferencing, AD User Management Tool
  • High level service orientiation and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication skills and strong team player
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Flexible to continuously learn 
  • Fluent in English, other language is a plus
