Your Mission

  • Build, test, and deploy online campaign content for the PUMA US and Canada sites and work alongside the Site Merchandising, Marketing, Creative Services, and global teams to ensure a content experience that allows be an outstanding shopping destination for the brand
  • Implement all personalized site content experiences including targeted site content based on geolocation, referral source, purchase history, and account information
  • Implement site content relative to Seasonal Gifting & Shopping Guides, Collections, and SELECT landing pages
  • Work cross-functionally with the Content and Site Merchandising team to develop site content strategies based on launch dates & availability, brand initiatives, and key marketing directives set by the product merchandising team
  • Implement all brick & mortar-related content experiences on-site including landing pages for our NYC Flagship and Outlet stores
  • Proactively conduct site content analytics independently and in partnership with the Ecommerce Analyst and make decisions and recommendations based on those learnings
  • Manage PUMA’s regional User Generated Content Program
  • Manage site category redirects with guidance from our Site Merchandising team and SEO Partners

Your Talent

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Ecommerce, specifically in content, merchandising or marketing
  • Ability to analyze data, understand customer behavior, and measure KPIs
  • General knowledge of Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, as well as understanding of SEO best practices
  • General knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • A high-energy, positive attitude with commitment to improving the PUMA online experience
  • A highly-organized individual with attention to detail, a positive work ethic, the ability to communicate and work well within a team environment, and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and react quickly to changes
  • Prior experience in athletic footwear or apparel industry a plus
