- Lead the eCommerce Europe Operations Team consisting of specialists in the field of Payment, Systems, Fulfillment and Customer Service
- Manage the operations in multiple countries, payment methods, currencies and Customer Service languages.
- Strategically review and optimize the eCommerce system landscape and 3rd party vendors to ensure a scalable operational set-up and facilitate strong business growth.
- Manage a project portfolio within a complex matrix organization with various stakeholders
- Spearhead the implementation of new eCom systems and processes from the definition of business requirements to the successful roll out.
- Liaise with internal and external service providers for the technical realization of strategic projects as for example the implementation of new Marketplaces or the expansion to additional regions
- Contribute to net sales growth by localization of the customer experience, frictionless check-out processes and a short delivery time.
- Be the link between operational management and business strategy. Present new concepts and status updates to middle and upper management.
