Act as point person for at all Go-To-Market meetings and make sure the Global Go-To-Market team and Marketing stakeholders are aligned and BU and Brand Strategists are well prepared for the major milestones
Be the conduit from Go-To-Market to make sure there is alignment between what Go-To-Market says Collaborate with Planning & Production to set priorities and ensure strength of creative briefs
Lead the Brand Strategists in their work thru the Go-To-Market milestones.
Oversee the execution of key strategy and objectives for cross-category stories by working with Bus, GTM and partners, making sure deliverables are briefed in, presentations made, etc.
Consult with the BU marketers in the strategic work of creating Product-Marketing concepts aligned with the seasonal Brand brief.
Own the semi-annual Marketing Planning meeting, the first marketing milestone in the go-to-market process
Be the point person to Communicate changes in prioritization of initiatives from Go to Market and/or Business Units to Central Marketing teams
Consult as necessary with Marketing Operations to strengthen the KPI framework
