Your Mission
- Execute the Special Make Up (SMU) process including article efficiency, article budgets, hit rates, range planning, writing briefs
- Give clear direction and information to all cross functional departments involved in the Regional Creation Center process (Development, Design, Account Marketing, Sales and Merchandising) and work collaboratively with the inline categories to ensure consistent PUMA brand message
- Achieve net sales and gross margin targets and analyze business to understand growth trends and effectively communicate quantitative and qualitative reasoning throughout product creation process
- Gain strong knowledge of all inline products, strategies, and marketing plans with the ability to effectively present to internal and external parties
- Consumer expert for PUMA with an in-depth understanding of account consumer profile, expectations consumers have of the PUMA brand, and develop strong consumer focused strategies
- Actively and confidently communicates with the POD to ensure product development alignment with project briefs
- Direct the full product creation process through collaborative efforts with design, development, and merchandising
- Analyze and report business performance on a monthly basis
- Expert managing and maintaining PUMA systems.
