Your Mission
- Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and plan to drive qualified traffic to PUMA.com via Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Display, Shopping, Paid Social and Retargeting channels
- Lead and manage the collaboration with our performance marketing agency to ensure they meet the agreed business goals and objectives
- Lead and manage the relationship with key partners, such as, Google, Microsoft, and Meta (Facebook)
- Manage the media budget and provide input for forecasting of business KPIs, such as, traffic, revenue and ROAS
- Track, analyze, and report on the campaign performance across channels, on a weekly basis
- Test and learn from new ad-formats, campaign types, and advertising platforms
- Collaborate with the other marketing channel leads within the team to drive the over-all performance marketing team objectives
- Manage and develop the Junior Performance marketing manager/s
- Partner with key stakeholders (such as, Global/Local Brand Marketing and Content teams) to build a complete user journey to drive converting traffic to PUMA.com via integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage the lower and mid-funnel acquisition channels to engage, acquire and retarget the users from these integrated marketing campaigns
- Share the latest industry trends and new technologies with the team and create actionable insights from themCollaborate with Trade, Site Merchandising, Analytics and Content teams to understand business priorities and challenges, and provide opportunities for growth
