Your Mission

  • Lead the Investor Relations function at PUMA; work directly with the CEO, CFO and other key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present the PUMA SE equity story to the capital markets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with investors and sell-side analysts
  • Organize and conduct meetings with investors (conferences, roadshows, capital market days)
  • Prepare presentations for earnings releases, provide support to quarterly and annual reports
  • Prepare investor targeting in line with IR strategy
  • Conduct competitive analysis, including operational and financial metrics
  • Monitor and evaluate analyst reports and provide capital market feedback to management
  • Support investor relations processes (website, CRM tools, etc.)

Your Talent

  • Master‘s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Investor Relations and/or in a capital markets function
  • Leadership experience in a previous role
  • Good understanding of company modelling and valuation methods
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills in German and English (incl. strong command of Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • High commitment, flexibility, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
