- Work closely with the Innovation team, Creative Direction and BU peers to support creating a research vision and plan
- Create streams of workflow and communication on innovation stories across the brand
- Connect the dots in all phases of research to provide a holistic evaluation of new concepts to achieve objectives as well as high level of efficiency and accountability
- Question methods, results and applications and think outside normal paradigms to find creative ways around barriers
- Set the framework to apply learnings for performance products and street-ready concepts
- Drive research programs with external partners that focus on delivering proven performance insights both on hypothesis and validation level
- Create the contractual outline with legal for external partners collaborations
- Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
