- Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, Finance, and Business Intelligence to deliver insights and solutions on both a cyclical and as needed basis.
- Lead the development and execution of analysis, reporting, and presentation delivery. Own timelines, deliverables and regular, proactive communication of this insight.
- Oversee the development of reports and dashboards across org to enable decision making for multiple groups.
- Synthesize research into actionable insights by utilizing internal and external data in conjunction with BI.
- Be the expert in the competitive environment and market knowledge. Apply business and industry knowledge to make feasible, brand-driving recommendations.
- Create and manager distribution and adoption strategies to ensure the maximization of information through the organization.
- Integrate into business process to understand where and how to best deliver insights.
- Identify best research/data vendors via appropriate screening process. Manage 3rd party data usage, budgets, contracts and relationships to ensure efficiency and relevance.
- Manage operational aspects of the commercial insights function, including calendar management, budget management, external data facilitation and solution delivery formatting.
