Your Mission
- Work with sales team to increase account understanding/needs. Regularly participate and along with sales team have regular meetings with accounts
- Get from sales team account sell thrus, business expansion plans, bricks/morter versus online plans to understand and assess potential opportunities
- Following global seasonal range plan, and work together with China merchandising team, China sales team, and accounts to identify key opportunities, needs for exclusives, key needs whether to be met by nrp, smu or inline.
- Based on approved line plan and design direction, provide sales and accounts with initial assortment plans.
- Communicate and translate account needs to internal teams to finalize collection designs; balance and align account needs with China seasonal strategic initiatives/marketing focus initiatives.
- Follow up with RCC, partner feedbacks, design sign off with accounts/sales, sample review and feedback, sample confirmation processes.
- Communicate rcc smu collaboration process/ terms with accounts/sales/internal stakeholders
- Liase with marketing/retail marketing as needed for potential marketing collateral/instore display for an accounts smu program if of a sufficient size and financial investment by the account.
- Regular meeting/touchbase with key accounts and their Puma sales teams to understand business updates, sell in , sell thru, business situation, ie inventory, otb plans to be aware of any business opportunites, upcoming store opening plans. Keep good communication and maintain long term business relationship with key accounts.
- Regular updates to merch/internal teams to keep team abreast of new developments, account updates/changes.
- Embed in the key account sales team to maintain understanding of market dynamics, business environment. Maintain regular market visits.
