Your Mission

  • Develop strategic customer account plans to deliver required business growth in accordance with the objectives for the year
  • Analyze market activity and trends in order to predict complications in commercial activities
  • Closely collaborates with the marketing manager on the implementation of marketing programs for the customers
  • Manage the department of delivery, payment and other conditions according to the plan of commercial relations with key customers
  • Monitor the assortment of products for the country and the selection of special products for major customers
  • Discuss delivery, payments and other conditions for key customers according to a business plan
  • Gather information about potential large customers, trends and development opportunities
  • Provide functional cooperation with the Retail Department, Sales and Marketing Department
  • Fulfill a business plan for the volume, turnover and budget of wholesale activities
  • Manage the annual budget process
  • Lead, supervise and motivate employees of Sales Department

Your Talent

  • 5+ years' of international experience on a leadership position in Lifestyle/Fashion industry
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key clients
  • Proactive, highly dynamic with excellent negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of Ukrainian fashion market
  • Sales forecasting skills and analytical mindset
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office package, SAP - as advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language at a business level
  • Experience in E-Commerce, Merchandising and Commercial Marketing - as advantage
