- Maintain and further improve the internal communication strategy and develop necessary functions and systems for a smooth, fast and consistent communication platform from stores to the head office and vice versa
- Maximize efficiency of European Field and Back Office by executing the store relations and communication strategy to promote and convey information through the weekly coms but also via new tools
- Identify new possibilities, systems, features and tools to optimize the communication process and to improve efficiency and quality
- Create communication plans for projects (working together with project teams, HQ Functions and other stakeholders and suppliers) to be launched in the stores
- Identify and prioritize business needs and seize new opportunities to improve the business
- Ensure a smooth communication and manage relationships with all key retail departments as well as other departments in the head office or outside
- Develop and manage cross-departmental progression calendars to communicate and monitor timelines and deliverables
- Work directly with the operation team to ensure all store initiatives to and from the field organization are properly communicated, executed and followed up.
