Your Mission

  • Day to day monitoring of sales and related invoicing to partner stores – Ensure that sales are accounted for in SAP properly
  • Ensure that invoices are sent to partners on an ongoing basis. 
  • Monitor collections (EDC, Bank)
  • Follow-up with customers in case of non-collection (Both EDC as well as Bank).  Ensure appropriate escalation in case of non-payment of dues as per term sheet
  • Solve queries from sales teams and customers with reference to finance related matters
  • Review the results of the stock takes conducted at the partner premises and ensure that shrinkage is adequately accounted
  • Monitor inventory held at partner stores and ensure reconciliation with books.  Also, evaluate adequate safeguards
  • System control between Retail Pro and SAP
  • Reconciliation of books with partners
  • Overall responsible for cash and stock – partner retail

Your Talent

  • Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of experience
  • Stakeholder management
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail preferable
  • Basic computer skills, including Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
