Your Mission

  • Drive and execute the full cycle of recruitment for Head Office employees (preparation of job description, job postings, conducting interviews) and ensure vacant positions are closed within the recruitment KPIs. Hold the ownership for the candidate communication process.
  • Together with Department Managers, drive Company culture through PUMA values, PUMA competencies, talent management programs, and internal policies & procedures.
  • Functional manpower planning, succession planning and high-potential employees' development for both short-term and long-term organizational growth.
  • Be a partner, consultant, and coach for employees and managers for HR-related topics, requests and questions.
  • Provide timely and qualitative input for reporting & budgeting through data channels including Workday.
  • Contribute in a variety of Talent Management activities and initiatives (employee appraisal processes, development talks, talent management workshops, etc.)
  • Drive People analytics and ad-hoc reports in responsible area
  • Drive and lead assigned P&O projects
  • Support Head of P&O in the execution of a variety of cross-regional HR projects & initiatives and as the backup during the absence.
  • Support Head of P&O and Department Heads in the training & development initiatives & projects

Your Talent

  • University degree
  • Preferably HRM degree and/or proven experience
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Having at least a minimum 4 years of functional experience in a similar role is required. (preferably from Retail industry).
  • Expert experience in recruitment and performance management an advantage
  • Proven HR Generalist experience
  • Analytical Thinking / Problem Solving
