Your Mission

  • Participation in seasonal brief hand-off meetings.
  • Learning our production cycle with hands-on training in garment development processes and procedures; including, but not limited to, how specifications are created and fit/design comments are communicated to our overseas offices.  
  • Attend and help organize seasonal fit sessions.
  • Tracking sample send status / receiving sample shipments.
  • Maintenance of our basic pattern/sample library.
  • Participation in, and support for, department projects as required.

Your Talent

  • Must currently be enrolled in College/University seeking a degree in Production Management or Technical Design.
  • The successful candidate will possess good organization skills with high attention to detail and strong written and communication skills.   We are looking for a team player with integrity, initiative, a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude who is multi-task capable and able to take direction in a supportive role to the team.
  • Knowledge of sewing and garment construction.
