Your Mission

  • Plan, organize, and execute Retail Training programs in line with Retail strategy
  • Develop & launch Product trainings
  • Deliver T&D international programs for all field levels (Selling, Product Knowledge, Functional, Leadership Skills and Brand)
  • Managing induction course for newcomers and talent pool
  • Support training and development processes
  • Analyze results of training programs, sales results, and KPIs to identify areas of opportunities for development of re-training and /or enhanced training
  • Ensure e-learning program is utilized in stores and track utilization and effectiveness of the programs
  • Participate in organization of the Regional and Country events: meetings, conferences

Your Talent

  • Higher education
  • 3-5 years sales management/training experience in big international company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including English at a business level
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven training and development skills
  • Power Point, Excel, analytical skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Readiness for business trips up to 40% of working time
