Your Mission

  • Cooperation with enforcement authorities worldwide to prevent IP infringements
  • Customs and Police trainings in Germany and abroad
  • Global Internet Monitoring on the detection of fraudulent websites, platform and social media listings and appropriate follow-up
  • Maintenance of customs Recordals worldwide
  • Internal correspondence in German and English language
  • Support and maintenance of the internal enforcement case management system, ZGR-online, EDB, WCO (World Customs Organization) and other enforcement databases
  • Further support of the Intellectual Property / Legal Affairs department in the day-to-day business

Your Talent

  • All genders are welcome to apply
  • Enrolled student in law, business law or similar courses of study
  • Previous legal knowledge in trademark law and other IP rights
  • Affinity or experience in Internet research and database maintenance
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English language
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • assertiveness, strength of character and a high degree of discretion
  • Reliable, self-confident, friendly manner
  • Starting date: 16.03.2020; Duration: 6 months
