Your Mission

  • Responsible for day to day IT Support for users IT requirements software systems with AD account & Email.
  • Responsible to install & configure network equipment, manage and maintain.
  • Able to perform repair and troubleshoot those Server, Desktop, Notebook, LCD, Scanner, Handheld and Other etc…
  • Mount and organize the layout of server and etc… before install the operating system requested software and link the entire network
  • Maintain all Backup Database, Email, Fiber Optic, network link, Fax, and Hardware equipment, including Servers, Routers, Switches, Hubs, Printer, Desktop, Notebook, Scanner, Barcode, Label, PDA, Ipad, Smart Phone, Scanner, Smart TV and UPS.
  • Monitor security of all technology and install and maintain Foolproof and passwords.
  • Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate and ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal.
  • Provide individual training and support on request.
  • Provide to draft users guide and plan IT diagram design structure for business need.
  • Maintain a high level of end to end security to meet with IT Governance and audit requirements.

Your Talent

  • Experience with desktop/laptop running Windows 7 & 10 Professional
  • A+ Certification or ability to demonstrate equivalent IT skill level
  • Understanding of basic Network topology including basic connectivity troubleshooting technique
  • Computer imaging experience
  • Anti-Virus/Spyware Removal experience
  • Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to work under stress and respond to and resolve a broad range of customer requests
  • Support-level knowledge of MacOS a plus
  • Support-level knowledge of Dell laptops and working with Dell Pro Support a plus
