Your Mission

  • Manage  the licensed commercial strategies in partnership with relevant Business Unit managers/directors and Sports Marketing Senior Management and BU and Global Marketing and ensure that Licensed Partners are informed with regards to brand, product, price and distribution policy and corporate identity guidelines 
  • Manage effective business relationships with and between PUMA Licensed Partners and provide consultation to Licensed Partners regarding PUMA business initiatives and strategy and steer alignment
  • Steer and implement best practice and business processes
  • Steer and manage internal and external communication between relevant internal stakeholders and Licensed Partners
  • Together with the relevant PUMA stakeholders develop and steer a business strategy for licensed merchandise at PUMA Retail
  • Align, steer and support product approvals and product , packaging and marketing approval processes
  • Be responsible for specific Licensed Partners’ business processes or activities and actively support and guide team members and colleagues with regards to such
  • Check royalty report accuracy and take necessary action if  discrepancies and/or faults occur
  • Develop in-depth Licensing  and competitive reports for Senior Management on a regular basis
  • Create reports  and overviews regarding Licensed Partners business and performance and support license controlling ref reports and forecasts
  • Together with Sports Licensing and the Sports Marketing counterparts, write a contractual debrief and  help to ensure all PUMA stakeholders (incl. affiliates) are briefed in a timely and effective manner
  • Brief and ensure ongoing compliance with PUMA business and contractual obligations including at end of contract and following termination.

Your Talent

  • University degree, or similar higher education in business administration,  marketing,  or other product/ business related degree
  • 3 years plus work experience in brand management, business development and/or consumer licensed business (either licensor or licensee side)
  • Excellent communicator, team player and people person
  • Excellent English language skills, further language skills are a plus
  • Comfortable with numbers and business analyses
  • Open minded, flexible,  open to travel and working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Extremely organized and very good at working to deadlines and setting priorities.
