Your Mission

  • Ensure talent is sourced from appropriate channel at the right time to accommodate changing business needs whenever necessary
  • building up candidate pipelines and foster Employer Branding
  • Manage external Headhunters and overviewing the budget
  • Supporting the managers in the onboarding process, change management (e.g promotion, job change) and termination process
  • Analyzing of defined KPIs and develop appropriate strategies to improve those
  • Support the Managers in the Performance Management Process with focus on talent management, succession planning and employees' development for both short-term and long-term organization growth
  • Provide guidance and partner with Managers to resolve employee relation issues.  Provide coaching and counseling to ensure ER cases are handled appropriately and with attention to compliance;
  • Guide and Coach the managers in solving conflicts
  • Close collaboration with Regional Legal Counsel to comply with all legal regulations
  • Issuing of employment contracts, variation and leaver letters
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS System (Workday)
  • Maintain Employee Files

Your Talent

  • University degree in business
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience in a business partnering role
  • Experience in HRIS knowledge (Workday) is highly advantageous
  • High Level of Analytical Thinking / Problem Solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drive for Results
  • Well organized and and proactive working style
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • In-Depth understanding of Australian employment law and Awards
  • Strong Fundamentals in Australian HR best practices
