Your Mission

  • To ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and comply with customer service standards and target dates.
  • Providing retail partners / sales force with weekly reports.
  • Create and distribute various reports using excel and analytical techniques for the sales force and customer use.
  • Building lasting relationships with key retail customers.
  • Liaise with customers using your intuition and empathy for customers you will understand and anticipate their needs, handling and solving queries.
  • Regular liaison with logistics to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Communication with PUMA UK Purchasing team, to access order statuses at all times.
  • Support Customer Service Supervisor with key projects in service excellence.
  • Challenge current process improvement initiatives and focus on enhancement in customer service processes.

  • A passion for golf and good technical golf product knowledge
  • A good level of planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and good communication & IT skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative.
  • Possess a passion for excellence in customer service.
  • A solution oriented mindset and positive approach to a varied complexity of tasks is essential.
  • Knowledge of Excel formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables required.
  • High levels of learning agility and ability to retain new skills.
