Your Mission

  • Manage the execution of all PUMA related visual experience concepts, spaces and properties within all wholesale channels of distribution (DC1-6)
  • Work with Senior Manager, Visual Experience and cross functional in-store experience stakeholders to ensure flawless, best-in-class execution and breakdown at all points of consumer interaction (in-store, tradeshow, showroom, etc)
  • Coordinate all logistics related to any sales event or tradeshow
  • Support the Senior Managers of Visual Experience and Visual Merchandising to execute trade show and showroom setups including coordination of graphic installations and product assortment VM delivery and setup
  • Develop and manage maintenance and refresh schedules for all graphic and visual experience elements needed within all wholesale accounts; coordinate with retailers, marketing partners and agencies in order to execute, from brief to installation and photo reports
  • Manager requests for additional or replacement fixturing, furniture and visual items. Compile costs for approval. Follow up with purchasing and the field
  • Photo resizing of existing creative to fit a variety of consumer experience environments
  • Print production on all creative assets
  • Responsible for maintaining store types, visual iterations, asset libraries, and archive of project work
  • Creating vendor purchase orders for project work and follow up on vendor payments
  • All other ad-hoc projects as requested or assigned

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Fashion Merchandising or other design related field
  • Experience in Project Management preferably with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand
  • Ability to understand floor plans and design work
  • Highly skilled project management capabilities
  • Proven cross-functional communication skills and seen as a team player
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to work independently, adhere to tight deadlines, and multi-task
  • Expert level understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator and indesign)
  • Expert level understanding of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Working knowledge of 3-dimensional modeling software (3D design, Auto CAD & Sketch up) is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time (Weekends or overnight works might be required)
  • In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
