Your Mission

  • Assisting the Head of GRE, Global Visual Merchandising, Concept and Project managers to manage and oversee multiple activities
  • Development of a detailed knowledge of all retail concepts and processes to support the team in the implementation of specific projects
  • Keeping the global PUMA image consistent across all regions: developing store layouts and façade proposals and reviewing different concept samples
  • Perform special projects as directed by managers: supporting in the concept, development and prototyping of new fixtures and in-store new implementations
  • Assisting in administrative functions as organizing and maintaining up-to-date the binders for new projects, supporting the management orders for new openings and stock controlling
  • Contacting and briefing suppliers/external partners, keeping track of lead-times and price quotes overview
  • Helping at seasonal/monthly Store Set-Ups that are visual connected to Sales/Marketing
  • Consulting activities concerning merchandising of products according to the Flow/Concept, that guarantees permanent and unique visualization of the product presentation
  • Creating Presentations and Recap-Documents in InDesign, Powerpoint or Keynote
  • Editing pictures in Photoshop and creating vector graphics in Illustrator
  • Create and design 3D models of new furniture across programs either in Rhino, Sketchup or AutoCAD

Your Talent

  • Enrolled student in an appropriate field of studies, e.g. Product, Architecture or Interior Design
  • Educational requirements: Product Designer, Interior Design
  • Previous retail & project management experienced preferred
  • Good communication skills: Fluent in English, verbally and written
  • Excellent in MS Office, proven track record in Adobe Suite and 3d Modelling Programms like Rhino, Sketchup or AutoCAD
  • Proactive, energetic & structured team player with an eye for detail and affinity for architecture, design, sports and fashion
