Your Mission

  • Perform social responsibility audits (including aspects of labor and human rights, health and safety) according to law and regulation requirements, code of conduct.

  • As lead auditor to lead onsite audit, prepare and review audit report and timely delivery with satisfied quality.

  • Be able to provide coaching and onsite training for factories.

  • Be able to provide effective and practice solutions against audit findings.

  • Perform other projects or tasks assigned by Supervisors, service line leaders etc

Your Talent

  • Bachelor degree or above; HR or Environmental specialty is preferred.
  • 5 years or above working experience of social responsibility auditing; experience in industries of Apparel/Footwear is preferred.
  • High standard of Integrity.
  • Good English report writing skills; Good team player and good communicator.
  • Willing to travel and willing to work under pressure.
  • Holding EICC Lead Auditor certificate, or IRCA recognized Lead Auditor certificate (SA 8000, ISO 14001, or OHSAS18001/ISO45001)preferred.
