Your Mission

  • Develop and implement retail marketing programs that are innovative, creative and demonstrate return on investment; both immediate as well as long term
  • Develop traffic driving campaigns that leverage communication channels such as digital, social media, traditional media, events, advocacy, local partnerships, etc.
  • Produce and execute promotional events that are in line with retail strategies and/or react to retail business trends and consumer insights
  • Lead and manage the creation of key product launches at PUMA Retail Outlet stores in conjunction with all appropriate departments including Product Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, eCommerce, Category Marketing, Retail Operations
  • Identify local needs and opportunities for stores, including sponsorship evaluation, event requests and marketing materials
  • Develop grand opening event plans supporting all new outlet store openings
  • Provide consistent post-event analysis and ROI reporting
  • Maintain alignment and coordinate brick and mortar with e-commerce marketing initiatives where applicable (in conjunction with the eCommerce Marketing)
  • Establish and manage cohesive relationships and close communication with critical departments to ensure synergies on all projects
  • Specifically, work with and lead functional team members for Retail Outlet and Cross Channels initiatives, both within PUMA North America and Central Marketing
  • Coordinate and communicate Retail Marketing directives in conjunction with Retail Operations
  • Support the Marketing Manager with select Full-Price Retail marketing projects and initiatives

Your Talent

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing (or related field)
  • 3-4 years experience in marketing-related environment
  • Experience in the retail industry preferred
  • Excellent project management skills required
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and organized
  • Must be a quick thinker, able to trouble-shoot, and have excellent communication skills
  • Should be self- motivated
  • Travel required; up to 15%
  • In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
