Your Mission

  • Responsible for the verification of the product supply process that must be executed in the defined time, with the purpose of keeping in stock, before each season, the units to fulfill the budget / sales forecast and / or campaigns;
  • Schedule and analyze the semiannual purchasing plan (imported and local);
  • Monitor the progress of purchasing plan compliance with the commercial and merchandising areas;
  • Prepare and review monthly supply planning report;
  • Prepare product arrival report with its respective monthly meeting;
  • Review controls in the purchase process (purchase orders);
  • Constantly integrate with the rest of the supply chain;
  • Understand and participate in the strategic planning of product purchases for each collection;
  • Analyze and organize purchasing window calendar (OPDs) for each product division;
  • Validate product grid in LINX system (product registration) versus the demand to be purchased to ensure correct grading;
  • Define purchasing plan with the Merchandising department to best meet the pre-sales flow;
  • Control spending in each division by season so as not to exceed the OPEN TO BUY defined by Demmand Planning;
  • Track confirmation / cancellation of orders approved by LATAM, with its number and expected date of delivery by the factory;
  • Update the entire company weekly with the expected arrival of each purchase order already made;
  • Ensure balance between supply & demand;
  • Prepare, analyze, and report monthly demand versus supply backlog.

Your Talent

  • 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management and / or demand planning;
  • Knowledge of foreign trade (entry);
  • Logistic Purchasing Knowledge;
  • Advanced Excel;
