Your Mission

  • Lead the strategic digital commerce marketing efforts for PUMA North America across PUMA.com and key wholesale internet retailers
  • Drive revenue growth through digital channels and optimization efforts to increase traffic, conversion, efficiency goals (ie; ROAS)
  • Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing plans utilizing full funnel approaches
  • Develop a data-driven and consumer centric approach to our targeting and diversification of our channel portfolio
  •  Create high performing teams that focus on acquisition and retention strategies across consumer journeys
  • Accountable for managing budgets and building forecasts across our performance marketing channels and KPIs to ensure successful commercial target achievements.
  • Build and execute a continuous test and learn culture across our initiatives, campaigns and channels.
  • Drive the on-boarding and maximization of PUMA’s new CRM platform and associated agencies and team members involved
  • Oversee our consumer data strategy from identification and collection, audience creation & strategies to reporting and connectivity/utilization across our tools.
  • Drive a successful email strategy and lead a team to conceive, create and execute brand aligned and business generating email campaigns
  • Oversee the marketing strategy of key wholesale internet accounts (ex. Amazon) and their associated integration into the digital commerce landscape and utilization as marketing vehicles
  • Direct eComm and relevant marketing agency relationships, including scope development and continuous optimization
  • Omni-Channel Coordination with multiple business functions to incorporate eCommerce activities and requirements into key business functions, including but not limited to Retail Operations, Brick and Mortar teams, Marketing, Wholesale Sales and Product/Merchandising Teams
  • Work alongside North America and Global media and social media teams to optimize paid media, recommend paid performance strategies and leverage social growth campaigns
  • Manage a high performing team and ensure strong growth and career plans 
  • Monitor digital trends and evaluate new business opportunities and marketing platforms
  • Ensure eComm marketing is strategically aligned with all Brand, retail and Wholesale initiatives.
  • Be one of the primary liaisons to Central Marketing and Global eComm Marketing to ensure their integration and maximization as part of our team

Your Talent

  • 10+ years relative experience
  • eCommerce marketing experience required. Fashion/Lifestyle retail experience considered a plus.
  • Solid grasp and support of effective marketing strategies which focus on the full buyer journey
  • Ability to understand strategic business and brand objectives
  • Experience in building and executing Digital Marketing programs and exposure to email and CRM programs
  • In depth knowledge of the overall US retail landscape and US consumers.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed cross-functional organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage long-term projects.
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Persuasive personality with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team. Proven success of team management required.
  • Detail oriented and organized. Strong planning, organizational and implementation skills.
  • Experience providing project status reports to senior executives
  • Highly energetic, customer focused individual

In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
