Your Mission

  • Build, test, and deploy online campaigns for the website.  While not responsible for building creative elements of the site, this individual will partner closely with merchandising, marketing and global creative services
  • Partner with Global Ecom and Global Creative Services to improve/elevate site content.  This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Enhancing site content via new site content functionality, as well as improving existing content, to increase site conversion
  • Must have the ability to make data-driven decisions based on current and historical data while utilizing heatmapping tools and executing A/B Tests for additional insight
  • Responsible for building special category pages, filtering, and hidden landing pages
  • Partner with 3rd party vendor to oversee search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Manage UGC (User Generated Content) including maintenance of widgets and galleries on-site and in e-mail marketing
  • Handle any content-related QA issues
  • Assist with UAT testing pertaining to new site content features and enhancements

Your Talent

  • Basic knowledge/experience with HTML a must and a general knowledge of CSS and Javascript a plus, but not required
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in ecommerce required (experience in content, merchandising or marketing a plus)
  • A high energy, positive attitude with the drive and motivation to constantly be improving the PUMA online experience
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to respond to last minute requests and adapt to changes in business trend
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while staying organized
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure/meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel specifically
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) experience preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in athletic footwear / apparel industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
