Your Mission

  • This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Retrieves messages from the general voice mail box on a daily basis and forwards to appropriate personnel.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, follows sign-in protocols, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Receives mail and delivers to appropriate personnel.
  • Office Supply ordering and stock management within budgetary guidelines.
  • Performs clerical duties as required, such as scanning, filing, typing, photocopying, and collating.
  • Supports HR functions such as staff directory maintenance, employee trainings, scheduling meetings, internal communication, company events, new hires and other HR administrative duties and projects as assigned.
  • Assist with the Employer Branding initiative by utilizing CPG platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, our internal Instagram and other internal platforms.
  • Performs various project work as needed, working with team members to accomplish goals.

Your Talent

  • High School Diploma or general education (GED); and at least 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Takes ownership of front office support activities
  • Must be a self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
  • High level towards attention to detail and prior experience with multi-tasking and re-prioritizing tasks through the day
  • Prior manufacturing experience highly desired, supporting multiple departments
  • Excellent communication experience at all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to conduct job duties with integrity and high professional standards and manner.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) in an office setting
