Your Mission

  • Set the annual sales & monthly sales target by door
  • Analyze regular sales data to establish proactive strategy and evaluate the business status
  • Supervising store operations for operational improvement according to global guideline
  • Leading store projects such as new opening, renovation, relocation according to team strategy
  • Secure sales opportunity and execute effective stock supply through analyzing sales by product, season and category

Your Talent

  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Professional: Minimum 7 years of related working experience in sports and fashion industry with over 4 years of experience in FSS management
  • IT Skills: MS Office
  • Language Skills: Fluent in business English
  • Competencies: Analytical skill to improve KPIs, Strong negotiation skill with key account franchise, Good communication skill
