Your Mission

  • Developing existing and creating new online marketing and multi-channel plans across appropriate channels and mediums, including email, display, paid search, SEO, remarketing, affiliate, on-site, social and others
  • Finding new ways and channels to boost online sales including marketplace expansion
  • Managing the annual online marketing budget including creation and analysis of performance metrics within Russia and keeping high rate of returns on marketing investments
  • Partnering with outside agencies to steadily increase online sales
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to transfer creative assets and tools into the e-commerce environment
  • Developing and executing creative ways to attract new customers and engage existing customers to achieve excellent customer experience
  • Interacting with website developers on new features implementation

Your Talent

  • 2 years of experience in an online marketing environment with proven skills in: paid search, SEO, remarketing, email, affiliate, display, onsite and social marketing
  • Advanced user of analytics tools (Google, Adobe), strong with numbers
  • Very innovative candidate with strong leadership skills, oriented on results and an effective communication style
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in both Russian and English
  • Ability to understand and react positively to KPI’s
  • Deep knowledge of the interactive and digital space and trends in the business
  • A keen interest in fashion and developing online customer-centric experiences
  • General awareness and knowledge of the sportswear and lifestyle product category
